The Fit to 5k program features a walk/run structure for the absolute beginner. These intervals start with more walking and progress as the weeks go by. Each week, you’ll have access to one live session and one recorded session, and you should aim to follow both sessions (if not one more!) during the week. Maximise your miles is all about increasing your distance and pushing from 5k to that 10k mark. During this 8 week programme with Ben Davie and Gareth Petts, each week you’ll join two audio coached sessions including ‘Tempo sessions’ and ‘Easy Runs’ lasting 35-45 minutes each for you to complete during the week.
