Holly is one of our new Ride instructors, she has a background in dance and first joined Digme as a member in 2021 before becoming part of the Front of House team. You can find Holly teaching in Richmond and Covent Garden, we caught up with her to find out what her Ride classes are all about.

What can members expect from your classes?
My classes are like a night out with a fitbit on. The only difference is that you're swapping the tequila for a Tenzing (no copyright intended!) I love a range of music from 80s classics to Latin and rock so pop along and see what I have in store for the next 45 minute ride!!

What do you love about teaching at Digme?
I love every aspect of Digme, I started as a member (loved it), became front of house (loved it) and now for the 'piece de resistance' I am a fully qualified RIDE instructor (loving it!) Everyone really cares about what they do for Digme and I think that really shows and creates the wonderful community that is Digme and I DIG-IT! Can I say the word dig anymore in this answer?!!

What inspires you?
Music is my biggest inspiration. I have danced since the age of 3 therefore it has been a massive part of my whole life. I find music can be the storyteller, the supporter, and the motivator to any situation. Basically, if it had a face and cleats, it could quite literally be the instructor!

What are your 3 top tips for success in your classes?
1. Keep challenging yourself #dontresistresistance
2. Let the music motivate and empower your movement.
3.Remember that this is YOUR workout so adjust those gears for you.

Check out Holly's schedule and get yourself booked into a class, you won't regret it!
