We appreciate that going to a Matrix class for the first time can be intimidating; 'what can I expect?', 'what weights do I use?', 'how do I use the TRX?'' ... these are common questions that our instructors and front of house teams are asked on a daily basis - so don't worry you're not alone!
And this is exactly why we've created our Matrix 101 class!
We'll take you through everything involved in attending a HIIT class at Digme in a fully inclusive and relaxed atmosphere, so you can confidently attend one of our Matrix Total Body, Matrix Core, Matrix Run or Matrix Meta classes. Plus, you'll still get the Digme workout experience but at a pace that suits you!
