New to Digme?
Digme Fitness classes could not be simpler. Whether it’s towels, toiletries or cycling shoes, we’ve got you covered. For your first ride, we recommend turning up 10 minutes early so we can show you around and run through how to set up your bike.
What should I wear?
Any form of workout gear is fine, although loose or flared trousers are not recommended for any kind of RIDE class. Never underestimate the comfort of padded shorts! For MATRIX, you'll need a pair of trainers you're comfortable running in.
What about shoes?
We provide complimentary cleated road bike shoes for everyone. These connect you to the bike, activating your hamstrings and glute muscles, producing more force and power (trust us, that’s a good thing.
There'll be a freshly cleaned pair in your size next to the bike you've selected, ready to go.
Feel free to bring your own as long as they’re Look Keo compatible.
Do you provide towels?
Yes, we'll give you a large fluffy towel if you want to shower afterwards.
A workout towel will be waiting for you at the start of each class.
Do you have changing rooms?
Yes. After your class, you can freshen up in one of the luxurious self-contained shower cabins, where you can shower in privacy using This Works products.
We also have Dyson and GHD hairdryers, GHD straighteners, and pin-coded lockers to keep your things safe.

What's the difference between Ride, Beat and Perform?
RIDE is our awesome signature indoor cycling concept which is a mix of great playlists and nightclub-esque lighting with a sprinkling of data to allow you to track your progress.
BEAT is all about the music. Forget the stats, just lose yourself in the beat and ride to the rhythm.
PERFORM as the name might suggest is more of a technical class which will give you some serious fitness gains. The great music and lighting still feature, but you'll pay attention to the data and specific goals to help you improve your endurance.
Do you sell food and drink?
Staying hydrated is essential for performance so we provide water for you to fill up your bottle, or you can purchase some from Reception. We also sell delicious smoothies, which are packing full of nutrients, Innermost protein, Plenish milk and much more to give you the perfect post-workout recovery. Available at Moorgate, Fitzrovia, Ealing and Oxford, and you can now use the drop down to choose which smoothie you'd like to order when you book into your class. Find out more about our Refuel Bar.
Why do I need to select a primary studio?
We have tiered pricing to reflect our different locations, so we ask people to choose their main location.
If you buy credits for a lower tier studio, you can still use them in a higher tier studio up to three times a month. For example, if Oxford is your primary studio and you buy credits for there, you can use them in a London studio a maximum of three times in any one month period.
We politely ask that people don't buy promotional credits for one studio (for example, a pre-launch offer) and then request to switch their primary studio to another which is not running a promotion.
What's the cancellation policy?
Digme has a 12-hour cancellation policy. All credits will be refunded as long as you cancel more than 12 hours before your class starts. Unfortunately any cancellation within 12 hours cannot be refunded.
If you have a Subscription and you do not cancel a class you cannot attend, you will be fined £3. You must cancel a booking online via your profile or by speaking to a member of staff at least one hour before the class starts.
What's your referral process?
If you have a friend who'd love Digme, head to your profile, click My Referrals in the menu and enter their email address. If they buy credits, you'll automatically receive a free credit as a thank you.
What is the Achieve Programme?
The Digme Achieve Programme is a loyalty scheme where every minute of a class earns you points or huna, a Hawaiian word meaning 'grain of sand'. You also earn bonus huna for things like completing your first class, reaching 10 classes and visiting all four studios, and you can redeem your points to unlock rewards. All the information is in your profile, including your huna balance, your huna history and how to redeem.
When should I arrive for a class?
If it's your first time, we recommend arriving about 15 minutes before the start of your class so we can help you get set up. If you have been before, aim to arrive at least five minutes before. People entering the studio after a class has started is disruptive, so we can't guarantee that you'll be allowed in if you turn up late.
Is the studio available for private hire?
Whether it’s a team-building event, corporate entertainment, sports club testing session or pre-wedding party, our studio is perfect for a private ride. The best instructors in London and Oxford can tailor a class specifically designed for you and your group. We can make it as fun or competitive as you like using our incredible music, lighting and technology. Want to choose the playlist? We can do that too!

Do you offer personal training?
In our Oxford studio we also offer personal training services as well as our signature group exercise experiences. Enquire in the studio for more details about our world class personal trainers.
We do not offer personal training in our London studios at present.
Do you offer physiotherapist services?
We have a physio treatment room in our Moorgate studio and our other studios have lots of contacts with local practitioners. Just ask at reception for our recommentations.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes! Credits make the perfect present for your fitness-loving friend or family member. The Digme gift card is available to buy in all studios. Just ask at Reception in your studio. More information about our gift cards can be found here.
