New to Digme?

Digme classes could not be simpler. From towels, toiletries or cycling shoes, we’ve got you covered. Whether you want to get lost in the music and CYCLE to the rhythm, track your fitness using data, experience an exhilarating HIIT workout, or rejuvenate through a YOGA class, we have something for you. Find out more about our workouts here.

Our legendary instructors will motivate and challenge you, as well as get your endorphins pumping with their epic playlists and energy!

We recommend turning up 15 minutes early for your first workout with us, so we can show you around and run through the equipment.

If you haven't already, make sure you get your hands on our Intro offer!

Do you provide towels?

If you are joining us at Bank, Ealing, Oxford or Richmond, we'll give you a large fluffy towel if you want to shower afterwards, and a workout towel will be waiting for you at the start of each class.

If you are joining us at our Fitzrovia or Covent Garden studios, please make sure you bring your own towel.

Do you have changing rooms and lockers?

Absolutely. You can freshen up in one of the luxurious self-contained shower cabins, where you can shower in privacy using This Works products. We also have Dyson and GHD hairdryers, GHD straighteners, lots of products for you to help yourself to.

We have lots of pin-coded lockers to keep your things safe, so no need to bring a lock with you.

Is there food and drink available to buy?

Staying hydrated is essential for performance so we provide water for you to fill up your bottle, or you can purchase some from Reception.

We also sell delicious smoothies, which are packing full of nutrients, Innermost protein, Plenish milk and much more to give you the perfect post-workout recovery. Available at Moorgate, Fitzrovia, Ealing and Oxford, and you can now use the drop down to choose which smoothie you'd like to order when you book into your class. Find out more about our Refuel Bar

Do you offer personal training?

In our Oxford studio we also offer personal training services as well as our signature group exercise experiences. Enquire in the studio for more details about our world class personal trainers.

We do not offer personal training in our London studios at present.

Do you offer physiotherapist services?

We have a physio treatment room in our Moorgate studio and our other studios have lots of contacts with local practitioners. Just ask at reception for our recommentations.

The Classes

What should I wear?

Any form of workout gear is fine, although we wouldn't recomment loose or flared trousers for any kind of RIDE class. We provide the cleats, so you don't even need to pack trainers.

For MATRIX, you'll need a pair of trainers you're comfortable running in.

What about shoes?

For our RIDE classes, we provide complimentary cleats for everyone to activate your hamstrings and glute muscles throughout the workout, helping you to produce more force and power! There'll be a freshly cleaned pair in your size next to the bike you've selected or in the rack outside, ready to go. Feel free to bring your own as long as they’re Look Keo compatible.

For MATRIX, you'll need a pair of trainers you're comfortable running in.

When should I arrive for a class?

If it's your first time, we recommend arriving about 15 minutes before the start of your class so we can help you get set up. If you have been before, aim to arrive at least five minutes before. People entering the studio after a class has started is disruptive, so we can't guarantee that you'll be allowed in if you turn up late.

What's the difference between Ride, Rhythm and Perform?

RIDE is our signature experience, where you'll enjoy 45 minutes of the best indoor cycling imaginable. It's all about an incredible playlist and a sprinkling of data so you can track your progress. Suitable for all levels.

RHYTHM is where we turn off the data and concentrate solely on the music. Leave your worries at the door and lose yourself in the playlist as you ride in sync to the beat for a euphoric experience.

PERFORM is our more technical workout that focuses on specific goals and target zones using our sophisticated data system. If you're training for an event, this class gives you great bang for your buck.

Are Digme classes available on ClassPass?

Yes, you can book into many of the Digme workouts through ClassPass, however there are lots of benefits of booking directly through Digme:

- Book into any Digme class with any of our incredible instructors, not just the classes that are available on ClassPass, so you get to join us for the best workouts across London
- Turn your workouts into rewards and your power into points in our loyalty programme
- Choose which bike you’d like to ride on
- Pre-order your delicious post-workout smoothie from our Refuel Bar
- Book your bike and buy credits through the Digme app.

What happens if I'm late for a class?

We do not allow members to enter once the class has started, to help reduce the risk of injury and avoid disrupting the class.

What kind of classes do you offer?

We've got three main types of workout for your to choose from:

RIDE - Join us in The Arena for one of our signature spin experiences - Ride, Beat or Perform. Our complimentary cycling shoes will connect you to the bike and help you ride more smoothly. You’ll also receive your workout stats in a post class email.

MATRIX - Join us in The Energy Lab for one of our signature HIIT session. Based on three elements - run, condition, move - Matrix has been specifically designed to be a total body workout.

YOGA - Join us in The Island for a workout that combines powerful breath with powerful movements, working your strength and flexibility in equal measure. Traditional Yoga range of movement with a dynamic flow to raise your heart rate, and help your mental state.

We also have:

FUSION - Get your cardio, strength and conditioning done in one hit with 25minutes of RIDE and 25 minutes of MATRIX.

RUN CLUB - Join us at 6.45pm every Monday from Fitzrovia. All abilities are welcome - it's a social run, and definitely not a race!

I've not done spinning or HIIT before, will I be ok?

Absolutely! Our workouts are accessible to everyone and we'd love for you to join us. If you have any questions before the class, be sure to speak to the instructor before the class starts and they'd be happy to help you!

We recommend turning up 15 minutes early, so we can show you around and run through the equipment.

How do I book a workout?

It's super easy - we can't wait for you to join us for a workout. Head to 'Book Now' in the top left corner of this page, and then just select the studio that works best for you!

Alternatively, click here to view our entire timetable!

How do I add myself to the waitlist?

If the workout you wanted to book into is already full, you can either:

  • add yourself to the waitlist on the session page by selecting ‘add to waitlist’. You'll recieve an email if another member is no longer be able to make it, so keep your eyes peeled!
  • chose a different class that works for you - take a look at our timetable - and make sure you secure your spot early next week!
Are the benefits of booking directly through Digme rather than through ClassPass?

There's loads of benefits of booking directly! You can:

  • Book into any Digme class with any of our incredible instructors - not just the classes that are available on ClassPass, so you get to join us for the best workouts across London
  • Turn your workouts into rewards and your power into points in our loyalty programme
  • Choose which bike you’d like to ride on
  • Pre-order your delicious post-workout smoothie from our Refuel Bar
  • Book your bike and buy credits through the Digme app

Credits & Subscriptions

Know more about your credits and subscriptions.

Why do I need to select a primary studio?

We have tiered pricing to reflect our different locations, so we ask people to choose their main location.

If you buy credits for a lower tier studio, you can still use them in a higher tier studio up to three times a month. For example, if Oxford is your primary studio and you buy credits for there, you can use them in a London studio a maximum of three times in any one month period.

We politely ask that people don't buy promotional credits for one studio (for example, a pre-launch offer) and then request to switch their primary studio to another which is not running a promotion.

How do I buy credits or a subscription pack?

You can buy individual class credits, credit packs or subscription packs through the ‘buy now’ tab at the left hand corner of this page.

We can't wait for you to join us for a sweat!

How many credits do I need for a class?

We've made it nice and simple for you!

One credit = one class.

What's the difference between credit packs and subscription packs?

Credit packs - We have a range of different packs you can you buy, depending on how often you want to join us for a workout. When you buy a credit pack, this is a non-contract reoccurring payment that allows you to join us at any of the Digme studios. We do however have different pricing tiers to reflect the different studio locations - make sure you read 'Why do I need to select a primary studio?' for more info!

Subscription packs - Ready to make the commitment? From 4, 8, 12 or unlimited classes a month, you can choose the subscription that's right for you. The subscription starts from the day of purchase.

When do my credits expire?

Your credits' expiry are detailed when you select the pack you'd like to purchase, and the expiry period starts on the day of purchase. You can also check all your credits and their expiry here.

Don't worry if you forget to check, we'll also send you a couple of emails to remind you!

Can I top up my subscription pack?

Yes! If you’ve been digging deep this month and have used up all your credits, get in touch with your local studio to top up:

Fitzrovia

Moorgate

Blackfriars

Richmond

Ealing

Oxford

Can I get a refund?

Sorry to hear that you want to get a refund. Unfortuantely, we are unable to refund any purchases.

If you have any feedback, please do get it touch. We'd love to hear about ways we can improve your experience with us at Digme.

What happens if my payment doesn’t go through?

If your payment hasn't been successful, try updating your card details, and then get in touch with your local studio team.

Can I cancel my subscription pack?

We hope this isn’t goodbye! Yes, you can cancel at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, make sure you cancel at least 1 day ahead of the renewal date.

However if you previously subscribed to a monthly subscription when there was a special offer and you decide to purchase a subscription pack again (which we hope you do!), you will no longer be able to access the reduced price and have to choose one of the current subscription packs.

If you have any feedback, please do get it touch. We'd love to hear about ways we can improve your experience with us at Digme.

Can I extend the expiry of my credits?

We do not normally extend the expiry dates of credits, unless there are special circumstances (eg you have picked up an injury). If you do need to enquire about an extension, please get in touch with your local studio.

What are buddy credits?

Workouts are always more fun with a friend!

That’s why we have Buddy credits, where you can bring along anyone that hasn’t already been to a class so they can see what they’re missing out on right!

Look out for Buddy credits in your credit or subscription packs, or you can redeem buddy credits with your Huna points.

Can I share my credits with friends or colleagues?

All our credit and subscription packs are for individual use only. If you would like to organise a group booked, please contact events@digmefitness.com

Cancellations

Know more about cancellations and charges.

Can I cancel a workout?

Digme has a 12-hour cancellation policy. All credits will be refunded as long as you cancel more than 12 hours before your class starts. Unfortunately any cancellation within 12 hours cannot be refunded.

If you have an unlimited subscription and you do not cancel your booking within 12 hours of the class starting, you will be fined £3. Please cancel your booking online via your profile or speak to a member of staff.

No Show

What happens if I don't show up?

If you do not cancel the class and you do not attend, you will be charged a £5 'no show' fee. So that other members can join us for a workout, please cancel your booking online via your profile or by speaking to a member of staff 12 hours before the class starts.

Before your class, head to your Upcoming Classes and click on 'Live Stream' when your class is about to start. If you arrive a few minute early, make sure you refresh your page at your class start time.

Switch on your camera so that the instructor can see you (we've missed seeing you) as well as help with your form! If you'd prefer not to, please do drop us a comment in the conversation box so we know how you're getting on.

Do I need to have my camera on?

Digme at Home Bikes

How can I rent a Digme Bike?

We'd love for you to join us in the saddle from Home! We offer 4 contract lengths for bike rental:

- Flexible monthly = £139 per month

- 3 month = £119 per month

- 12 month = £99 per month

- 24 month = £79 per month

After the initial bike hire commitments, the agreements will 'roll' until we receive instructions from you in writing to cancel the agreement.

To rent a bike, click here and select the bike hire agreement that works best for you. You'll then be taken to a secure part of our website and you'll enter your payment details (credit or debit card). The whole process takes no more than a couple of minutes, and the bike will be delivered in less than 30 working days!

When do you take the first month's payment?

Your first subscription payment is taken as soon as you purchase the bike hire.

Your next month’s subscription payment will be taken after 1 month + 28 days, to allow for your bike delivery.

When can I start joining the Digme at Home classes?

Access to Digme at Home starts straight away! Even before your bike is delivered, you can join our Live and On Demand HIIT, Strength Yoga, Breathwork and Run classes. So what are you waiting for?!

What ID needs to be provided to hire a bike?

When you apply online, you must upload two forms of identification:

1. Proof of address (utility bill or driving license)

2. Photo ID (Passport or driving license) (different form of ID must be provided for each)

We will need your date of birth and any addresses you have lived at for the last three years to enable us to perform an identity check. You will provide us with this information when completing your bike hire application.

You must provide us with one utility bill and a form of photo ID that verify your name and address to the name and address on your application, and to the name and address of the card you are going to use to pay for the bike hire. They must all match to the person who is hiring the bike.

Utility bills we accept are as follows:- Gas, Water, Electricity or alternatively Council Tax, Driving Licence, Bank Statement or Mobile phone bill. We require 2 proofs of this type from 2 separate sources within the last 3 months (except Driving Licence).

Photo ID we accept are as follows:- Passport and Driving Licence.

These forms need to be uploaded when completing your bike hire application.

Please Note: If you choose a delivery address different to your billing address, unless it is a business in which you or a family member work or own, we will require proof of ID for the person that lives at this address.

Is there a deposit?

It depends on which bike hire agreement you choose.

- Flexible agreement = £400

- 3 month agreement = £250

- 12 month agreement = FREE

- 24 month agreement = FREE

This deposit is held until the bike is returned, provided only normal wear and tear has been suffered by the machine.

How do I pay?

Payment for bike hire is made by regular payment from your debit card or credit card.
Cards accepted: VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard or Amex

What is the delivery information?

Your bike will be with you within 20 working days, if not even quicker depending on the delivery address. We currently only deliver bikes in UK mainland.

Delivery is totally FREE, and the Keiser M3i Lite will be delivered fully assembled so we've done the hard work for you (apart from in our classes!). The bike will be delivered by courier straight to your door, and then you'll be able to find the perfect home for your bike from there.

A date will be arranged to deliver the bike, and please ensure that someone is at home to accept the delivery. If you are not at home and delivery fails, you will be charged a small fee for redelivery (£75 plus VAT).

Do you hire both new and used bikes?

Yes, we hire both new and used bikes. There is no change in the hire costs, and our used bikes are thoroughly cleaned and fully repaired and serviced before they go back out on rental. They are always in very good condition and will be ready for you to jump into a class with us!

How noisy will my bike be?

The M3i Lite is quiet in operation. There is a very slight whispering noise from the bearings. No noise could be heard through walls or floors, so there's no need to worry about your neighbours!

Does my bike need to be positioned on a certain floor surface?

The M3i Lite has four large rubber feet and is suitable for placement on most solid floor surface. If located on carpeted floor, the bike may move slightly when cycling so you can always place it on a Yoga mat

Does my bike require mains electricity?

No. The bike's monitor is battery operated with a very long life. This enables the machine to be placed anywhere and avoids messy electric cables.

What maintenance does my bike require?

No. The M3i Lite is almost completely maintenance free (see maintenance schedule in the manual provided). To take care of the machine, it does need wiping down after each use though to help keep it in top condition and wipe away any sweat (which is surprisingly corrosive!).

For some more useful tips, click here to read our blog post from our Head of Ride, Leone.

What happens if I want to cancel my bike rental?

You can only cancel your agreement if you are outside of your initial commitment term.

When you are ready to return your bike, you can cancel your subscription via your Digme profile here. One full subscription payment must be given as notice, so you'll be making one final subscription payment after you cancel your subscription.

It is unfortunately not possible to end your subscription within your initial commitment period, as per the T&Cs

Keiser UK will then organise the bike collection with you directly within 20 working days.

Are there any end of rental fees?

Depending on which bike hire agreement you choose, at the end of the hire period there is a one off charge of £120 to service and refurbish the bike, ready for its next hire. We will use your initial deposit to pay this final charge.

- Flexible agreement = £120

- 3 month agreement = FREE

- 12 month agreement = FREE

- 24 month agreement = FREE

There is also a bike collection charge depending on which bike hire agreement you choose. We will use your initial deposit to pay this final charge.

- Flexible agreement = £90

- 3 month agreement = £90

- 12 month agreement = FREE

- 24 month agreement = FREE

Does my bike have warranty?

Parts and labour for the warranty period (two years inclusive, bar wearables – saddles, straps, pedals), with any accidental / wilful damaged to be chargeable

If there are any issues with your bike, it will be repaired by a qualified Keiser engineer and all the parts used will be covered, unless they are due to accidental / wilful damage.

What is the maximum user weight?

The maximum permitted user weight is 136Kg/300lbs
