Are you ready for Challenge Month?!
Be prepared to take on 4 different challenges in Ride and Perform classes across February.
These challenges are designed to push your body and help you to identify where your strengths lie! Not every challenge will be your favourite but embrace each one and you will finish the 4 weeks feeling empowered and more aware of your own capabilities as a rider.
Get ready to watch your stats elevate to new levels!
W/C 5th Feb – 3 minute distance
W/C 12th Feb – 60 second average w/kg
W/C 19th Feb – 5 minute average w/kg
W/C 26th Feb – 20 second max power
To prepare, make sure you have entered your weight into your Digme profile, as this will make your data super accurate and specific to you.
