Your running journey starts here! Join us for an 8 week programme. Curated by Digme's Head of HIIT and Running, Ben Davie, the programme will coach you from entry level to running 5k and give you the strength and base conditioning needed to run efficiently.
Starting Monday 6 July, the programme will be broken up into 3 key workouts:
Run / Strength / Conditioning
As well as virtual Run and Strength & Conditiioning sessions every week, there will be additional advice and content available in the Digme: Fit To 5K FB community group . This will also allow you to share your training progress with others and the accountability to succeed!

Our ‘Fit to 5k’ programme is smart, sustainable and designed to set you up for success, with gradual incremental increases in running volume. This, combined with specific Strength & Conditioning exercises will help to ensure you bullet proof your body against injury and improve your running form.
