Hooked on all things fitness from a young age, Matthew – aka PK – loves helping people reach their goals in classes or one-to-one training. He has been a qualified personal trainer for more than six years and plans to compete in the 2017 BodyPower UK competition. If you want a full-body workout that will leave your legs on fire, with arms of steel and a strong core, Matthew's HIIT class is for you. In Matthew's Ride classes, you can expect a mix of intervals and heavy hill climbs to the beat of some Soca (Caribbean music) which reflects his Bajan roots.
