For Nikki, yoga is about how each and every pose feels in your body, over what it looks like. Moving, breathing and feeling good is what her teaching is about. Nikki started yoga after suffering stress burnout and being diagnosed with arthritis, Yoga has become her savior. It has helped her build strength, flexibility and most importantly to find a space of calmness, to connect to her body and mind rather than working against it. Yoga is not a one-size-fits-all. Nikki encourages her students to find the movement that they need. She offers lots of variations so each person in the class can experience the practice that their body needs. You can expect a big smile, lots of encouragement and a playful flow.
