Harriet first came to yoga after being diagnosed with Juvenile Arthritis. A politics graduate with no background in dance or gymnastics, nothing about yoga was easy, but everything was amazing! After moving to London in 2014, yoga became an integral part of Harriets daily life and changed it forever. Harriet is fascinated by biomechanics and creates intelligent sequences focusing on breath, strength and flexibility. Harriet’s intention is to create a safe, fun and non-judgemental space for everyone in her class. She hopes to inspire students and help them experience the life changing effects yoga can have on the body and the mind.
