It is with a heavy heart that we write this. The Prime Minister’s announcement on Saturday 31 October (subject to Parliamentary sign-off) means that we will sadly again need to close our doors from Thursday 5 November. Wednesday night’s classes will therefore be our last until lockdown is eased. The current guidelines are that lockdown will be for a period of 4 weeks, from and including Thursday 5 November to Wednesday 2 December. This is brutally disappointing as so many of you have expressed such joy at being able to come to the studios again. If things change, we will of course let you know.
We are lucky to be able to offer you all now a full range of online sessions via Digme at Home, as well as a ground-breaking bike rental service. We will be adding to the range of Live classes (currently 80+ per week) and On Demand videos over the coming days to ensure you’ve got the most opportunity possible to enjoy a wide range of sessions at your own convenience.
If you are an existing member with an active Credit Pack or Subscription, please note:
Credits will automatically be extended by the duration we are closed.
Standard Subscription Packs
Your subscription pack will be frozen for the duration we are closed.
Dual subscription packs (studio and Digme at Home)
If you recently purchased our Unlock Unlimited offer (studio & Digme at Home access), you will only pay for the Digme at Home (£29.99 a month) part of this subscription while our studios are closed. We will automatically reduce your subscription from £99 a month to £29.99 a month and the extra £69 you have paid this month will be deducted off your next full payment of £99 per month.
If you recently purchased our Ultimate Unlimited Package (Bike rental + Digme at Home + Studio credits for just £169 per month) you will only pay £99 per month while our studios are closed (this is for bike rental and Digme at Home). The additional £70 you have paid this month will be deducted from your next months payment. Your subscription will automatically go back to £169 a month when we reopen.
We are in this together...
Lockdown is hard on the soul. It is easy to feel alone and isolated. Remember that we are emotionally together. We are colleagues, friends, workout buddies, partners. We are sharing this experience together even if not physically in one another’s presence. A simple ‘are you ok?’ can make all the difference in the world. A little kindness goes a long way.
It may be hard to imagine now but, one day, in the not too distant future, this will all be over. COVID will be a memory. Over drinks in the park or in a beer garden, we’ll share stories of lockdown. We will catch up over a sweat in the studio. We will embrace, dance and go to theatres again. We’ll have Christmas parties again. We WILL beat this, Together. If you’re having a low moment, hold on to that and try to remember it is darkest before dawn.
