Mental Health Awareness Week 2020 kicks off on Monday 18 May and exercise is now more important than ever in maintaining our mental and physical health. Things are not always black or white and navigating our mental health during these trying times is hard.
But even when we're not feeling ourselves, a HIIT of endorphins can go a long way in making us feel a whole lot better.
