A fan of high intensity, strength and functional training (she loves pullups and lifting heavy things!). Julie, who is a qualified PT and Group Exercise Instructor brings the FUN into all her classes; motivating as well as concentrating on technique and form, plays a big part in her teaching. You won't do a workout, without knowing how its going to benefit you in everyday life and she is more than happy to get down and do a couple of reps alongside you (including burpees!), to keep you going. She thrives on seeing people progress and whether its HIIT or more slowed down movements, she wants everyone to feel that they gave their 100% in her Matrix classes.
