Hannah came to yoga through a passion for movement and physical theatre, this love grew when yoga started to have a positive impact on her day to day life. Hannah believes yoga can be a transformative tool for both body and mind, helping us to access a deeper understanding and connection to ourselves and the world around us. Hannah aims to create an open and joyful atmosphere, encouraging you to be playful in your practice and tune into your body.
