These two workshops are for those who want an opportunity to refine their ability in some of the more challenging moves associated with yoga, but it is also intended for people who just want to have a bash at learning how to do some things that they feel they might be able to do if they understood how to better approach them. If you are already well versed in another yoga technique, we feel that this course will significantly enhance that work.
One of the premises of this course is that process or journey is just as important as result. Just as important as the asana itself is the whole experience of how one gets into and out of it…and how it prepares the practitioner for what comes next.
Part of the delight in gaining mastery of inversions and unusual postures is that there are so many variations which are worthwhile for the practitioner to investigate and find delight in exploring. The thrill of the acrobatic nature of the postures, and the peace attained through balancing both require skill and physical intelligence. They also require a degree of courage and a willingness to experiment.
This workshop is perfect for those who want to take their practice to the next level and are opening to discover clever and alternative techniques to get there.
The workshop requires an 'event credit' to book. Once you have purchased your event credit, book your space in one of the workshops below and we'll meet you on the mat.
