Join Harriet for an intense but rewarding 90 minutes of Yoga. The workshop will start with movement drills to wake up your joints and increase their functional mobility. You will then flow through specific poses learning to activate, strengthen and improve flexibility in common tight and weak muscles of the body. Harriet’s meticulous cues will allow you to develop a deep awareness and connection to your breath and core helping you to transition through the flow in a precise and safe manner allowing your nervous system to stay calm. This workshop will give you the skills to incorporate yoga into your training so you can prevent and find solutions for common injuries, move your body at its optimum level and improve your mental endurance.
