Stage One
14th August – 20th August
Don Benito – Pico Villuercas
The stage kicks off with flat road where you’ll join a 9 minute Time Trial, before heading into the two tough virtual climbs of the Pico Villuercas. This stage will feature a 9 minute Time Trial and six w/kg climbs (9 minutes, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 4 minutes, 5 minutes and 11 minutes).
Stage Two
21st August – 27th August
Our Queen stage features four mountains passes, including two first category climbs which will test the riders. Who will be leading the peloton after climbs up to Mijares and San Juan de Nava into the final sprint? This stage will feature three sprints (30 seconds max power, 1 minute average speed and 1 minute distance), and four w/kg climbs (8 minutes, 6 minutes, 12 minutes and 4 minutes).
Stage Three
28th August – 3rd September
Sanxenxo – Mos. Castro de Herville
The first part of Stage Three is relatively flat, before giving way to constant climbs and descents, including five short but tough mountain passes. A “Liège Bastogne Liège” will decide our Perform La Vuelta 21. This stage will feature six w/kg climbs (1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 6 minutes, 4 minutes and 5 minutes) followed by a 1 minute average speed final sprint.
