Running expert & Digme Instructor Gareth Petts and Digme's Head of Matrix Ben Davie have created an 8 week programme to help you become a stronger, more efficient runner.

The programme will be broken up into 3 key stages:
Foundation (3 weeks)
The first 3 weeks are all about building the foundations. Including functional movement patterning to condition you for the strength work in stage 2. We’ll focus on mobility, neuromuscular control and activation.
Strength (3 weeks)
This 3 week block will focus on loaded compound movements to strengthen your legs and core. And ultimately to develop strength which can be utilised to unlock speed and running efficiency.
Peak (2 weeks)
Get ready to combine the tools you’ve learned in the first two stages and take the intensity to the next level. You’ll be stronger, conditioned and ready to test your limits.
