Tally fell in love with fitness while at drama school studying musical theatre, discovering HIIT and weight training. Her passion for exercise was so strong she ended up gaining qualifications in PT and group exercise, and she later co-founded the #GirlGains movement in summer 2015. Tally's passion is to help people find their own healthy balance and their own unique way to become the healthiest and happiest they have ever been through fitness and nutrition. |
