Combines her career as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor with being an on-call firefighter. Cycled from John O’Groats to Lands End for The Firefighters’ charity and Help for Heroes, and has also run half and full marathons. Fell in love with kettlebell training four years ago and was inspired to work in fitness. Kettlebells and core work are her speciality, so expect plenty of this in her HIIT classes. |
