Georgie has always found a strong curiosity for the body, mind, breath connection. She has found breath work, and the work of the oxygen advantage especially, to have revolutionised both her (and the many others she’s worked with) energy levels. As well as improving sleep quality, ability to focus, sports performance, immune function, posture and resilience in times of stress. Georgie LOVES the fact that breath work has so many uses, from supercharging your energy and focus to coming back to a place of calm. She believes there is a breathing journey out there for everyone and lives and breathes by the principle: Awareness + action = transformation. You can expect some gentle movement and breath holding in Georgie’s classes as she puts a strong focus on embodied conscious breathing and incorporates some simulated high altitude work to improve breathing efficiency and elevate everyday health and vitality.
