I came to yoga several years ago to help alleviate my chronic lower back pain. The effect yoga had on my physical - and, within a few months - my mental and spiritual wellbeing has been life-changing. I decided to do my yoga teacher training to deepen my practice and help spread its endless benefits through teaching. I completed my 200 Hour TT in December 2017. I have also completed my 90HR Yin TT in June 2019 and 30HR Mandala & Mentoring in February 2020. I started teaching yoga full time in May 2019. I will always be a student of the practice and am forever deeply grateful for the inspiration, support, encouragement and wisdom from my teachers. Norie's Vinyasa, Power and Mandala classes are dynamic and playful. She'll always encourage you to smile and not take your practice too seriously. Her Yin classes are grounding and relaxing with an added dose of inspirational readings and quotes to help you deepen your practice. Norie wants you to step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced; physically and mentally.
