Alessia is an experienced Yoga Teacher. Yoga means Union of breath, body, and mind, therefore Alessia's classes are all about moving in full awareness of the breath. The breath not only has physical benefits such as improvement of balance, strength, and flexibility, it most importantly helps manage stress, which leads to a better mood and more energy as well as providing a general sense of relaxation. Alessia's motto is "If you have a body you can do yoga", hence her classes are open to all levels and abilities. Alessia has a warm and positive nature.
