Jess has been teaching yoga for 6 years and is passionate about yoga psychology and philosophy, and uses the teachings to help her students find greater mental clarity and health. She marries Eastern and Western practices, to give students a variety of tools to help them gain a greater understanding of themselves, and to bring them into a more balanced way of being. Jess is truly passionate about elevating and uplifting her students from the inside out. She creates a safe space so her students can discharge and reset. Jess teaches a strong dynamic vinyasa practice; she loves to move creatively and get upside down. Her students often say they feel ‘stronger mentally and physically' when practicing with Jess.
