Holly’s teaching specialises in anatomically inspired vinyasa yoga with creative sequencing and mindful movement. Passionate about biomechanics, Holly combines movement and mobility within her flows. She has studied many courses in yoga anatomy with several well renowned and respected teachers in the industry. Holly uses her knowledge and teaching experience of 5,000’s + teaching hours, to guide her clients into developing skill and understanding in their yoga practise. Holly is an advocate of positive psychology and self-love. Her most profound philosophical teachings are about self-love and self-worth, she encourages her students to recognise and nourish their relationship inwards, through yoga and meditation.
