Lana is thrilled to be part of the team at Digme as a Barre instructor. With a strong background in classical ballet training at the Royal Ballet School for 8 years, ballet has always been a huge passion and love for her. In more recent years fitness has been another main focus in her life, so being able to combine her two passions of ballet and fitness is a dream! Lana creates a safe, inclusive space to learn and to share her knowledge, whilst motivating you to push yourself hard on the physical plane with her good vibes and infectious energy. In her classes expect BIG tunes, a lot of FUN, with care and attention as she strives to help you get the most out of the class and be part of a positive moment in your busy day.
