Dora was first introduced to yoga and meditation by her mum, at the age of 16. She has trained and taught all over the world and has been based in London since 2018. With over 950 hours of training, she teaches different styles of yoga - from Nidra and Meditation, to Hatha, Ashtanga and variations of Vinyasa. Her classes are open to everyone- to practice, enjoy and feel good about themselves. Dora only teaches what speaks to her and she passes it on. She’s not interested in comparison or what the pose looks like, she’s committed to making it available to and comfortable for everyone who steps through the door.
