Ellie has a huge passion for holding creative space which translates into her Yoga Teaching. In Ellie's classes she hopes to encourage people to fall in love with holistic healing and show the importance of dedicating time to explore their physical and subtle bodies. Yoga has inspired a lifestyle for Ellie, that has brought her health and happiness both physically and mentally. With an extensive background in dance and choreography, she brings creativity to her sequencing, holding an enthusiasm for organic and intuitive movement, supporting each individual to explore their physical practice in their own body and steer away from what something should look like.
