As a daughter of a yogini, Yoga has been in Gandha’s life since the very beginning. But she wasn’t born with a naturally bendy body. After years of working her personal practice, she decided to become a teacher in 2015. Since then she has been teaching classes, workshops, one on one sessions. Gandha’s passion for the practice and inquisitive nature, means she is constantly studying and growing as a teacher. She teaches carefully sequenced yoga flows that work on building strength and stability in the body, often working poses in a less traditional way to adapt to modern bodies. Her classes will leave you feeling like you had a bit of a workout but being peaceful and relaxed at the same time.
