With 700 hours of teacher training, Sarah specialises in various types of Dynamic Vinyasa. She teaches carefully thought out, challenging, yet accessible sequences with an emphasis on breath and the energetics of the postures. Sarah’s yoga practice started as a release from the corporate world, but she was very soon completely captivated with it. When she found yoga, she couldn’t touch her toes! It’s been a journey both physical and mental. Breath lead movement is Sarah’s way of cultivating a strong mind-body connection, which she previously lacked. Sarah has first-hand experience of how Yoga can be a truly transformational practice. It gave her a greater sense of self, and the confidence to follow her passion to become a yoga teacher. She is now our Head of Yoga. Expect to leave Sarah’s class feeling happy, energised and part of a community.
