FAQs
How do the monthly payments work?
You’ll be charged on the same date each month. For example, if you sign up on June 10th, your next charges will fall on the 10th of each following month, until cancelled. Payments are taken from the card used at sign-up.
Can I update my payment method?
Yes! Here's how:
=> Log in to your Digme profile (via web browser, not the app)
=> Go to My Account > My Subscription > Manage > Add New Card
How do I cancel?
Members must cancel their memberships:
=> Log in to your Digme profile (via web browser)
=> Go to My Account > My Subscription > Manage > Unsubscribe
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes – both memberships are fully flexible.
If I cancel partway through a payment cycle, do I lose access immediately?
No – you'll retain access for the remainder of your paid month.
Can I use my classes at any Digme location?
Yes – classes can be used at any of our studios.
Do unused classes roll over?
No – classes must be used within your billing period (e.g. 10th–10th of the month). Unused credits do not carry over.
Can I freeze my membership while on holiday?
Unfortunately, we do not freeze for holidays. Freezes are only available for injury or illness, and must be supported with a medical letter.
