Barre Our Workouts Digme Barre Chelsea Profile In a Barre class at Digme, expect 50 minutes of full-body intense sculpting, featuring elements of ballet, pilates and yoga. All our Barre instructors are exceptional and have a strong background in ballet, however, no dance experience is necessary! This is a fitness class like no other: suitable for all ages and abilities as our instructors will expertly guide you through progressions and regressions throughout the class. No special equipment is needed, just yourself and a bottle of water (however we do advise either bare feet or pilates grip socks). A Barre class at Digme is guaranteed to leave you feeling long, strong and on top of the world, we can’t wait to see you on the mat team!
