Flow Yoga 45 Our Workouts Flow Yoga 45 Tash Profile Vinyasa Yoga classes are often called Flow, because of the smooth way the asanas (poses) link together. In this 45 minutes Vinyasa style class, we connect gentle movement with breath. There will be opportunity for playful challenge and building on those more advanced asanas, but with plenty of modifications and optional adjustments available. The tempo will be slower than our Power classes but with more time to comfortably get into each shape. You can expect to feel energized, yet centered, with a blissful release after this one! Open to all levels of experience.
