Hot Flow Yoga 45 Our Workouts Hot Flow Yoga 45 Tash Profile This is our Vinyasa style Flow class…with the added benefit of infrared heat! In this detoxifying 45 minute hot version, expect to move sometimes more vigorously, connecting each pose to the next using your breath. Infrared heaters generate warm wavelengths that our bodies naturally absorb, which offer many health benefits according to numerous studies, such as: - Detoxifies our body and helps boost our immune system. - Improves our heart health. - Promotes blood circulation and reduces blood levels. - Reduces joint pain and stiffness. - Helps reduce some allergies. - Helps with chronic fatigue. There will be opportunity for playful challenge and building on those more advanced asanas (poses), but with plenty of modifications and optional adjustments available. The tempo will be slower, however because of the room’s temperature it may feel just as, or more intense, then our Power and Flow classes. Open to all levels of experience, but we recommend that you are fit, healthy and active to join this class. Please make sure you bring a water bottle with you into the studio for this one.
