Our Breathwork classes vary between Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) and Functional Breathwork.
CCB is a powerful method of self-exploration that inspires natural healing and personal growth through direct experience with the breath. Most of the class will be laying down, so grab a blanket, some cushions and get comfy.
Functional breathwork works to optimise breathing to increase vitality and best serve your body and mind as well as best supporting your body for functional movement. Prepare for some gentle movement, followed by plenty of time to rest and restore.
