Our brand new High Performance structured workout sessions are power-based zonal training workouts on the very latest Wattbike Atom X bikes. The workouts are designed by our team of world class, highly qualified cycle coaches to help you push your training results.
These sessions are designed around your individual Functional Threshold Power (FTP). The bike’s resistance will be automatically, dynamically adjusted by our Spivi computers so that your individual workout is tailored to you and designed to help you achieve maximum results.
Please note: these sessions are computer-led, there is no instructor present in the room.
