Strength Bodyweight - Learn the basics with a workout that is perfect for anyone and everyone that is new to our Strength workouts. All Strength Bodyweight classes do not require any equipment - just you, your space and plenty of energy!
Strength Total Body - Hit all of the major muscle groups, culminating in our infamous ‘Dig’. Expect to build strength with expert instruction. Come prepared with a set of dumbbells or whatever you have access to from home.
Strength Core - these strength classes feature movements to specifically target our core. A strong core builds the foundations - so expect to work through controlled movements, utilising dumbbells or whatever you have access to!
Strength Meta - Bringing the fire to our Strength classes. Expect to sustain high intensity efforts throughout. This workout is driven by intervals of work and rest, so come prepared with Kettlebells, Dumbbells or whatever you have access to from home.
