FIT:Meta - Short, intense blocks of work rotating through our three stations. You'll see big heartrate spikes, lactate builds and serious burn. You'll leave exhausted but flying, energised and feeling a pump!
FIT:Power - Longer block of work, perfect for training for your event fitness events and races like Hyrox, Crossfit or Triathlon races. Get in the shape of your life with FIT: Power workouts!
FIT:WOD - Workout of the Day - Working through an 8-week cycle of workouts and designed to progressively push your fitness limits. Engaging, challenging, and constantly evolving. Stick with these workouts and see how far you progress!
Digme Meta Club - Where small group training delivers big results. Inclusivity and community thrive in classes capped at 12 allowing for a workout tailored to your fitness goals. Constantly varied and always challenging, our blend of strength and sweat workouts are bespoke to you every time.
