Digme’s 40 qualified yoga and breathwork teachers span a wide age range and come from a vast array of backgrounds, from Performance to Finance, with a minimum of two years’ experience and over 350 hours of teacher training.
Digme is proud that each teacher brings with them their own individual style and flare to our classes, but all share one core common trait - their experience and passion for yoga.
