We are delighted to announce that we have partnered up with Rough Runner, a TV show inspired obstacle course event that is coming to London in September and October this year!
Rough runner is inspired by TV shows like Ninja Warrior, Total Wipeout and Gladiators. Think the travelator, wipeout style obstacles, team work and fun - and being inclusive to all means that we believe a perfect match, Digme X Rough Runner!
With this in mind, we thought we would give you some info on how our Matrix concept can help you get fit, strong and mobile for the prepared. Given the nature of Rough Runner being an obstacle course, it’s important for your body to be strong in lots of different planes of motion.
Based on all 7 fundamental primal movement patterns our bodies are designed to do, our Matrix classes will not only benefit your day to day life but also get you prepared to take on the obstacles!
Have you every looked at a toddler and how nimble they are with there movement and questioned why it was so easy then and not now?! Well, there’s an old saying that goes ‘if you don’t use it, you lose it’ - and that's why our Matrix workouts focus on these key movement patterns (push, pull, bend, twist, squat, lunge and locomotion/ forward movement).
