We have a brand new challenge coming: Spring into summer challenge
The challenge runs from Monday 15th May - Sunday 23rd July 2023
Join our 9-week Spring Into Summer challenge to see how much progress you can see in your fitness!
This challenge will involve benchmark tests in Weeks 1, 5 and 9 in our Ride, Rhythm HIIT, Circuits and Strength concepts and is all about your individual self-improvement.

RIDE CHALLENGE: 3-MINUTE WATTS PER KILO
This Ride challenge will record your average watts/kg over 3 minutes – essentially the average power (watts) you can maintain per kilo of body weight over 3 minutes. |
HIIT CHALLENGE: 4 MIN AMRAP
AMRAP - As many reps as possible in 4 minutes - Burpees, Weighted Squats and Push-ups!

RHYTHM CHALLENGE: DOUBLE RHYTHM
If you’d rather test yourself without the numbers, rhythm has a little endurance challenge for you! A focus on progressing your double rhythm. We will be concentrating on building double rhythm strength, both in and out of the saddle.
